How do I login?

You will need to create an account with your email and create your own password. Once this has been done your account will be set up and you can login.

Where can I find items specific to my Cochlear Implant?

This is the MEDEL Online store so you will be able to browse items for your MEDEL Cochlear Implant. If you have an implant from Cochlear Americas you will need to sign in to this online store -https://store.uhac.ca/

Help, I cannot find the MEDEL item I am looking for?

Please contact us by email at medel@unionhearing.ca or call us (416-364-2264) and we can help you place an order. Some items may not be available for purchase from our online store but we can assist you with the order manually.

I have a broken device or part and I think I am under warranty still- where can I order an item under warranty?

Please email medel@unionhearing.ca or call us (416-364-2264) so we can assist you. The online store is not set up for warranty replacements.

When I try and login, Captcha is not loading on my browser. How do I proceed?

If you are missing a CAPTCHA, follow these steps:

  1. Log out and clear your browser Internet cache. (see directions below)
  2. Close the browser and reopen it.
  3. Make sure cookies are allowed/enabled in your browser settings so the CAPTCHA will appear.
  4. Log in and try again.

I have made a mistake and ordered the wrong item. What do I do?

Please email or call us and we can cancel and refund the order.

I’ve received my order, but I didn’t order the correct part. Can I return it?

Union Hearing Aid Centre can offer refunds on any unopened items if returned within 90 days of purchase. If you received the wrong item, please do not open it and contact us so we can arrange the return.
